Sales Coordinator - FMCG (0-1 yrs)
- Support Business Development manager by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates, prompt email communication, attending calls and Coordinating with sales team.
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives and clients to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
- Tracking of sales status and follow up with the clients.
- Maintaining positive customer relations.
- collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales and marketing activities.
- Maintain organized sales records and report.
- Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.
Required :
- MBA or equivalent degree/course
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Email writing)
- Have a strong work ethic and is eager to learn
- Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
