Sales Coordinator - FMCD (2-15 yrs)
Job Description:
- Dealer and distributor appointment with proper planning
- Follow up Overdue payments of credit dealers directly or through concerned sales person.
- Plan & execute Marketing activities as approved by Head office.
- Drive business planning for the area by cascading monthly sales targets for the area to Sales Executives and Sales Officers while defining road-map for target achievement
- Drive adequate training of sales teams to meet the requirements of the role and be able to handle market dynamics
- Keeping a close vigil on Competitor's Activities
- Any other work essential as per current Business need
Skills & Experience:
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
- Should be a result-oriented, proactive, good communication skills.
- Develop and implement new sales initiative, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
- Goal oriented at an individual and team level
- Management and leadership skills
- MBA Preferred
