Sales Coordinator - Financial Services (2-3 yrs)
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information.
- Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing prompt resolutions.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and planning exercises.
Qualifications/Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
