Sales Coordinator - Financial Service (0-1 yrs)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. As a fresh graduate, you will be responsible for coordinating with our clients, handling billing, GST, and creating invoices, as well as assisting in the recovery of money owed by clients.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and respond to inquiries
- Create and manage client accounts, including coordinating the billing process
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and update the database accordingly
- Prepare invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Follow up with clients for payment collection and assist in the recovery process
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, presentations, and documents as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
