Our client caters to Educational Institutions, Corporate Companies, Hotels and Health Care Institutions through its distributions across India direct and via channel sales. Has created a respectable niche in the market for Audio Visual, Office Equipments, IT Products and Smart Class Products in India.

The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.

- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.

- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.

- Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
