Sales Coordinator - Education (1-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
- Qualify incoming leads to ensure they meet target criteria.
- Assign leads to sales agents based on relevant parameters.
2. Lead Tracking and Follow-up:
- Monitor and track each lead's progress through the sales funnel.
- Ensure detailed and accurate lead notes are updated in the CRM.
- Oversee timely follow-ups, ensuring no lead is missed.
- Remind agents about follow-ups and provide support as required.
3. Reporting:
- Prepare and update daily and weekly sales reports.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales (mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Preferred Industry: Experience in EdTech or outbound sales processes is advantageous.
