Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Chemical Trading and distribution - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Responding to the regular and routine customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, sampling, technical information and dispatch related information on calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner.

- Providing Back office support to the sales team.

- Escalating inquiries from customers or clients to the sales team and responding with follow up actions to ensure high-level customer satisfaction.

- Following up with all customers for payments or any other critical issues

- Organizing Product sample to the customers after coordinating with the sales team.

- Maintaining and updating database of customer contacts on CRM system

Key Skills :

Politeness, confidence, tact, patience and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems

Mandatory :

Good communication, telephone etiquette, listening and presentation skills

Industry : Chemical industry preferred

Gender : Female

Experience : 2 - 4 years

Job Location : Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Working Days : 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Qualification : Graduate
