Sales Coordinator - B2B Vertical - Industrial Product/Heavy Machinery (1-2 yrs)

- We are looking for a Sales Coordinator B2B to support our sales team and ensure that our sales processes run smoothly. The Sales Coordinator B2B will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact with customers to post-sale follow-up. This role requires a self-starter who is able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the sales team to identify and target potential customers

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to set up sales appointments and provide product information

- Assist the sales team in creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals

- Manage customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery

- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track sales

- Coordinate customer feedback and ensure that it is addressed in a timely and effective manner

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the system
