Sales Coordinator

- Candidate working in any Automobile industry have good knowledge of sales activities, Selling skills, Negotiation Skills, Interpersonal Skills.

- Should have excellent Communication skills in English & Hindi.

- Good Knowledge of Material Handling Equipments Like hansd Pallets,Hand Stackers, Castor & Trolly Wheels.

Location : Pune, Bhosari.

- Should be a mechanical Engineer or MBA Passed in Regular Stream.

- Own Two Wheeler.

- Coordination with technical team for repairing material & update client.

- Prepare Quotation for Repairing & New Spares/Material.

- Prepare proforma invoice for New Orders & Repaired Material.

- To Check India Mart Queries & prepare proposal as per client's requirement.

- To Intimate the customers for readiness of material & maintain record of dispatch.

- To send the dispatch details client.

- To maintain Warranty status for New material/repaired material.

- To Maintain the documents of Sales inquiries, Purchase order, dispatch details, Repaired details and Pending payments.

- To prepare the Sales Statistics Data (Annual Sales, Product Wise Sales and Project wise Sales).

- To maintain the data of Attendance + Leave for all project site's employees.

- To assist all the Marketing Person regarding documentations.
