Sales Coordinator - Asset Management Firm (2-5 yrs)
Having an Urgent opening for Executive - Sales Co-ordination Position in one of the Top Asset Management Companies.
Qualifications - Graduate / MBA
Knowledge /Skills - Proficient in MS Excel, capable of creating and compiling MIS reports at large scale
Experience - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in an AMC.
CTC - Best in the industry.
1. Executive - Sales Co-ordination at Mumbai.
Responsibility :
Resolving Queries :
- Resolving queries/complaints received from brokers/RMs (Pan India level) via Email/mails on a daily basis in Co-ordination with CAMS and various internal teams.
- Following-up with CAMS for resolutions of complaints and request and updating the distributors about the same.
- Handling Non-financial requests such as AUM transfer, transmission, ARN renewal, COB, opt in / opt out transaction charges, etc.
MIS :
- Daily: Sending Brokerage Queries Status Reports logged and resolved during the day to the management.
- Weekly: Sending MIS containing an overview of Top 5 Branches for Queries, Complaint and Request logged, resolved and pending during the period.
Monthly:
- Sending dashboard PPT to the management containing total Queries, Complaints and Requests received during the month and D-CIP status i.e. Total Applications Received, Total Amount Invested etc.
- Sending AUM/AAUM details and statements to selected distributors.
OTHERS:-
- Processing empanelment of distributors for IDFC for both physical and exchanges (NSE/BSE).
- Tracking CAMS errors
- Tracking Self declaration status of brokers.
