- Systematic & disciplined approach

- Control all client accounts through CRM
- Collect feedback on all sales meetings & update CRM
- To coordinate with various departments & branches to prepare reports.
- To do various Analysis - Sales Performance, Product wise & Funnel etc.
- To prepare various presentations.
- Act as a liaison between sales and operations departments within the organization and resolve issues.
- To publish daily and weekly report to the top management.
- Ensure CRM is correctly updated with all project pipeline
- Preparing monthly variance analysis
- Coordinating with all regional analysts to get sales related information e.g. forecast, Project pipeline, actual sales and consolidate
- Sales forecasting & supporting business reports
- Daily updates
