Sales Coordinator (6-10 yrs)
- Manage customer inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) efficiently for individual and corporate clients.
- Coordinate media pickups and ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and proforma invoices.
- Conduct follow-ups on confirmations, pending cases, and payments.
- Oversee dispatch of recovered data and media with timely client updates.
- Maintain CRM system updates for efficient tracking.
- Generate daily reports on leads, inquiries, and operational progress.
- Handle high-value corporate accounts and inquiries.
- Coordinate backup drives for data recovery and storage.
- Update media entry status and share timely updates with clients.
- Follow up for payments from individual and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with operational/technical teams and provide updates to clients.
- This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
