About the Job

The selected candidate's day to day responsibilities will include:

1. Contact: construction companies, contracting companies, architect, and interior designers, hotel chains, clubs, resorts, IT parks, luxury farmhouses and residences etc. to generate verifiable and quantifiable leads.

The candidate(s) will have to corroborate the data collected to ensure that it is free of errors.

2. Market Research : Conduct in-depth research to identify and understand the target market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviour.

Reporting : Create reports and summaries of market research findings for use by the top level management.

3. Collaboration : Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to provide market insights and support strategic decision-making.

4. Crunching leads : The selected candidate must have excellent command over English and Hindi, and be capable of churning leads produced by them.

5. Follow up : The selected candidate will be responsible for following up on all prospective leads, and any other clients provided by the top management. This includes client and site visits along with PowerPoint and sample presentation as well as objection handling.

6. Closing Sale : The selected candidate will also be responsible for converting prospective leads into paying clients.

7. Post Sale Follow up : Follow up with client post closing of sale to handle any problems they may have or provide them with after sale support, if needed.

8. Maintain relationship : The candidate will also be responsible to establish and maintain long term relationships with all clients to ensure reference and future sales.

Basic/ Technical Requirements :

1. Excellent command of English and Hindi language, spoken and written.

2. Command over MS Office suite vis a vis Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.

3. Prior experience in natural stone industry.

4. Excellent formal communication skills.

5. Minimum experience- 5-7 years.
