Sales Coordinator (4-10 yrs)
Purpose:
To support sales at branch effectively with prime focus on quotes for maximum conversions, partner with branch sales team on pre-sales task
Principal Accountabilities:
Sales related -
1. To support branch generated enquiries with the required quote through CW1 - coordinating, negotiating with Rohlig network / in-house product teams.
2. Follow strict usage of CRM for sales support tasks - Quotations, updating stages & status of Opportunities recorded by branch team.
3. Follow up with clients on feedback on quotations, outstanding and responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
4. Fully accountable to National Sales Support / Sales Management for any deviations in assigned job responsibilities.
5. Coordinating weekly sales meetings in the branch and sharing MoM with sales management
6. Disseminate sales leads received from overseas offices
7. Awareness of CRM and adherence to procedures for Sales as defined in QP 700/700-8/700-9/700-10 of the Quality Handbook.
8. Assist in enhancement of sales for the branch through Tele Sales & Sales visits - Call reports of tele sales done, to be entered in CRM-CW1
9. Creating SOPs for clients in consultation with Operations & Sales personnel
10. Any sporadic tasks demanding co-ordination or reports
11. Co-ordination of network visits by preparing the sales call itinerary client profiles in consultation with the SM / National Sales Manager
General :
12. Maintain copies of approved credit forms
13. Have good knowledge of Rohlig India products
14. Assist in resolving any discrepancies in Auto rating when required.
15. To provide timely & accurate responses to sales related emails
16. Communication - provides both verbal and written information in a timely , clear and concise manner
17. Challenges self & others to achieve extra ordinary results , striving for best in class.
