Sales Coordinator (3-9 yrs)
Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will assist with the coordination of sales activities, manage schedules, maintain customer databases, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Support :
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Process sales orders and follow up on deliveries and payments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
2. Lead Generation & Customer Interaction :
- Initiate lead generation through various channels including LinkedIn and through emails across the GCC region.
- Participate in various events and roadshows for lead generation.
- Able to establish connects through initial meetings and respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product offerings and services.
- Address customer concerns and follow up on issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing prompt and efficient service.
3. Data Management :
- Compile and analyze sales data to prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Track and monitor sales performance metrics and provide updates to the sales team.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records and files.
4. Team Collaboration :
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Assist in organizing and executing sales events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Support the implementation of sales campaigns and initiatives.
5. General Administration :
- Manage Banking and other regulatory compliances for the company.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to sales activities and the administrative tasks
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the Technology and Outsourcing Business.
- Familiarity with Lead Generation Tools
- Multilingual Skills are a Plus
