Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Pre-Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and assist in the development of new business opportunities. The Pre-Sales Coordinator will be responsible for preparing proposals, coordinating technical demonstrations, and ensuring that all customer requirements are understood and accurately communicated to the sales and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a strong ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with the preparation of pre-sales documents, including proposals, quotations, and presentations. Ensure that all client requirements are accurately captured and addressed.

- Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with technical and business teams to create customized proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation. Ensure proposals are aligned with customer needs and company offerings.

- Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Coordinate and support product demos, presentations, and workshops for potential clients. Provide technical assistance during client-facing meetings.

- Customer Requirements Analysis: Work closely with the sales team and clients to gather, analyze, and document customer requirements. Ensure that all information is conveyed to the technical team to create tailored solutions.

- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Provide insights to the sales and product teams to enhance sales strategies.

- Proposal Follow-ups: Assist in following up with clients after proposals are submitted, gathering feedback, and assisting in the negotiation process as needed.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and communications. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with sales, marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment during the pre-sales process. Facilitate smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales.

- Sales Collateral Development: Help create and maintain sales support materials like case studies, product brochures, technical documents, and customer testimonials.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales support, sales coordination, or related functions.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing. Additional certifications or training in pre-sales or sales support is a plus.

Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable proposals.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with the sales process and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
