Job Summary :
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving targets by managing schedules, processing orders, coordinating with clients, and maintaining sales-related documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order Management : Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
- Customer Support : Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Sales Team Support : Assist sales representatives with preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Database Management : Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Reporting : Generate regular sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordination : Liaise with other departments (such as logistics, finance, and marketing) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Event Coordination : Assist in organizing sales meetings, trade shows, and other events.
- Documentation : Maintain and organize sales documents, contracts, and other relevant materials.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
