Responsibilities :
- Supporting the sales team with order management.
- Follow-up and payment collection.
- Customer creation, and indenting.
- Maintaining data of the Customers.
- Processing all orders with accuracy & timelines
- Handling customer queries and the status of the Order related to the Sales Team
- Updating the sales team on the dispatch details & also to the customers
- Updating customers on the day-to-day transaction
- Demo maintenance & tracking
- Assisting in the preparation of promotional materials for events.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Skills :
- Graduate in any Discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination.
- MIS reporting.
- Good Excel Knowledge and exposure to Microsoft AX, Navision, AX Business Central,
- Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Good Coordination skill, Data Management, and communication is a necessity
