Sales Coordinator (2-3 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
The job profile has the following key responsibilities as Sales Coordinator.
1. Supporting Sales manager/Branch Head in the work
2. Allotting work to the team & Manage workload in a timely and efficient manner;
3. Checking the work of the team- Enquiries and Orders
4. Communicating with the factory team for specials & Leadtime
5. Supporting the sales team with Presentations & BOQs
6. Ensuring the drawings, quotes and tenders are submitted on time
7. Facilitating the processes of the company
8. Acquiring thorough knowledge about the products and finishes.
9. Overseeing the approvals, requests & Documentations as and when necessary
10. Support the project team with replacement orders.
11. Maintain current knowledge of the industry, products, methods, as well as trends in design.
12. Create presentation boards and/or sales tools when needed.
13. Assists the sales team with finish selections.
14. Maintain accurate client files, both off and on the computer.
15. Reporting to Branch Head Sales
16. Generating and circulating the reports as and when stipulated
17. Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
18. Advice and develop the team to take up responsibility and be accountable for the projects handled by them
19. Maintain clean and safe work area
20. Implement KPIs
21. Regularly conducting team members meetings
22. Other duties as assigned
23. Good in office admin works
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good communication skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions & percentages, develop and interpret graphs
