Sales Coordinator (2-20 yrs)
- Business Loan Logins: Manage and oversee logins for business loan applications, resolving any queries related to the same.
- Daily MIS Management: Maintain daily MIS reports for files received from DSAs, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Login MIS Reporting: Prepare and publish daily Login MIS reports for internal tracking and transparency.
- Field Investigations (FI): Manually conduct residential and office verifications (FI) for loan applicants.
- FI and RCU Report Tracking: Monitor and track Field Investigation (FI) and Risk Control Unit (RCU) reports to ensure timely disbursement of loans.
- Disbursement Agreements: Handle the preparation and filing of disbursement agreements.
- Disbursement Query Resolution: Address queries related to disbursements and track payment processes to ensure smooth execution.
- Disbursement MIS Reporting: Prepare and publish Disbursement MIS reports to track disbursement statuses.
Quality Data Entry (QDE):
Enter quality data into the company's system, helping to generate additional customer insights and data.
Scheme Communication:
- Provide relevant schemes to both the sales team and customers to ensure informed decision-making.
Application & Document Verification:
- Check customer applications and KYC documents, ensuring they align with policy parameters.
Verification of Documents:
- Verify key documents like LCV, HCV, new/used documents, repayment track records, and grids as part of the loan assessment process.
Post-Disbursement Documentation:
- Update the company system with required Post-Disbursement Documents (PDD), such as RC, insurance, and invoices.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Sales Team Support:
- Assist the sales team with backend support, enhancing collaboration and helping to develop strong internal business relationships.
Communication & Team Coordination:
- Maintain clear communication with all team members, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and company-specific systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle queries efficiently
- Basic knowledge of business loan processes and documentation requirements Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in finance or banking, is a plus
