Sales Coordinator (2-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, client communications, and internal coordination.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contracts in CRM software.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Liaise between the sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Monitor and report on sales team performance metrics and support the team in achieving sales goals.
- Support the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and tracking results.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales coordinator role or similar position, preferably in the security or services sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the security guarding services industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
