Sales Coordinator (1-5 yrs)
Post - Administrative Assistant/Executive to Sales Head
Location - Kandivali, Mumbai (Onsite)
Remuneration - up to 3 LPA (yet to be confirmed)
Job Requirements and Responsibilities :
- Support the sales head to drive his duties efficiently
- Answering all calls and filter important calls to be forwarded to the sales head
- Assist in sales-related administrative tasks including -
- Revert on client enquiries and preparing quotations
- Forward purchase order to sales coordinator (should be able to create sales order if required)
- Track dispatch order until received by the client
- Drafting emails related to work and client coordination
- Tender-related paperwork
- Maintain current and prospective client database
- Keep good repo and relations with clients
- Co-ordinate with the internal sales department
- In case of the absence of any sales staff should assist the sales department
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of experience as sales co-ordinator or executive assistant
- Excellent communication and should be good in written and verbal English
- Proficient in computer operation including MS Office, PowerPoint and any other software related to sales, operating knowledge of CRM usage will be an advantage.
- Understand the importance of work and organise it accordingly
- Should be able to deal with complex situations
- Must be multi-tasker
