Roles and Responsibility:

- Responsible for e-Marketing, B2B portal, Bulk emailing, Website Update.

- Responsible for Advertisements activities.

- Responsible to help in Tender related matter.

- Responsible for registering company in respective Government Organizations.

- Responsible to chat with customer on Alibaba Trade Manager, Website Customer Support

- Carrying out E mail& SMS Campaigning

- Primary Calling on the inquiries which received from B2B portals.

- Inquiry Generation /Distribution for FRP/ GRP, Composite Materials

- Taking care of all B2B Portals& also online marketing of our products.

- Product Description writing. Collect OCF from concerned Marketing Executive & need to verify if any details had not been left out in it.

- Provide the Complete Customer Details to senior

- Maintaining the excel sheet of customer payment.

- Follow up with Clients regarding Quotations as such he had referred or not. Follow up for the payment of Customer.

- Maintaining the complete file of our customers on completion of filing of documents.

- Keeping track of Courier sent to client & also calling for the confirmation.

- Giving Clients Details to Executives as & when required. Forwarding the domestic inquiries received in E-mails to concerned Person.

- Co-ordinating with the Marketing Executives for any query related to Quotations, PI and Inquiries.

- Maintaining Excel Sheet of the Leads which are incomplete or which are forwarded to the Executives & send the copy to seniors every month.

- Follow-up with client Dispatch instruction co-ordination, order reconciliation, preparing

- Performa Invoice, Releasing WO to factory for manufacturing, Updating database for order status, MIS for Orders etc.
