Sales Coordinator (1-4 yrs)
- Stay current with industry trends, monitor competition, and learn merchandising techniques to improve performance.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing right information, support, and guidance
- Research and cold call to identify potential customers and to find out their needs and create / update database and more business closures.
- Encourage teamwork within the sales and operations team and be an example to other sales professionals.
- Maintain integrity and honesty and deal ethically with customers no matter the situation.
- Promptly submit orders and follow-through to ensure customer requests are honored on time.
- Create and deliver sales talk/messages that are compelling, accurate, and informative.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily calls + sales reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by updating through latest information on the concerned product and services.
