Sales Coordinator (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
- As a sales support specialist you must answer customer inquiries.
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.
- Follow up with customers about issues.
- Maintain an organized excel file system for administrative and sales professionals.
Preferred Candidate profile
- Bachelor Degree required
- Communication Skills
- Languages- Hindi, Marathi & English
- Should now how to communicate and write in mails
- Time Management

- Computer Literacy
