Job Overview :
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by effectively coordinating client interactions, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience, possess excellent client coordination skills, be proficient in drafting professional emails, have a good understanding of client requirements, and be proactive, energetic, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
- Coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups, ensuring all necessary information is provided to the sales team.
- Understand client requirements and effectively assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely execution.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact details, interactions, and preferences.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and tracking sales activities.
- Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and data analysis using MS Office tools, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas, and providing support where needed.
Requirements- :
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role.
- Excellent client coordination and communication skills, with the ability to understand and address client requirements effectively.
- Strong proficiency in drafting professional emails and maintaining professional communication with clients.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and creating presentations.
- Proactive and energetic, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
