We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Gurugram/Gurgaon. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team and contribute to achieving sales targets by coordinating sales-related activities, managing schedules, and maintaining effective communication between sales representatives and clients.

Responsibilities :

- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Coordinate sales-related activities such as meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.

- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and databases.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information as needed.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless sales operations.

- Follow up on sales leads and monitor the progress of sales activities.

- Prepare sales proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

- Maintain sales documentation and update CRM systems with sales information.

- Support the preparation of sales presentations and materials.

- Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in a sales-driven environment.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM software.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
