Sales Coordinator (1-2 yrs)

Sales Support :

- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, client communication, and documentation.

- Coordinate sales activities, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales performance, and managing sales data.

- Support the sales team in achieving their sales targets by providing timely and accurate information.

Order Processing:

- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

- Maintain records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.

Customer Communication :


- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

- Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and product demonstrations.

Administrative Tasks :

- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

- Prepare and distribute sales documentation, such as proposals, contracts, and invoices.

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.

Coordination and Collaboration :

- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotional activities.

- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Liaise with the finance department to manage billing and payment issues.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on data analysis.

- Track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales support tools is a plus.

Preferred Industry:

- Experience in a sales coordination role within the retail, FMCG, or similar industries is preferred.
