Sales Coordinator (0-2 yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator Intern to join our sales team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, customer relationship management, and sales strategy implementation. The Sales Coordinator Intern will support our sales team in various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Sales Operations:

- Support the sales team with daily operations, including order processing, tracking sales metrics, and managing customer accounts.

- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and client interactions.

- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, proposals, and contracts.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate and current information.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Assist in collecting and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.

4. Administrative Support:

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and documentation.

- Manage correspondence and communications within the sales team and with clients.

5. Special Projects:

- Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the sales department's goals and objectives.

- Contribute ideas and insights to improve sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
