Reports To : Head - Sales & Marketing
Supervision Exercised : Direct reports

I. Job Objectives :
- Keep an eye on sales team and updating the top management of their whereabouts
- Making sure that reports are received on time and then collated Daily, Monthly and Annually for Senior Management to examine the team performance
- Work closely with all Sales team across India
- Ensure that sales team is adhering to meeting timelines
- Keeping a track of minimum number of meetings done by individual in Sales Team
- Follow up and Daily Call to Sales Team
- Good knowledge of excel and capable of making Target Vs achievement, Daily Sales, Weekly Projections & Monthly Sales Reports.
II. Key Result Areas :
- Reporting on time
- Reports are received on time from each sales team
- Ensuring that target of minimum number of meetings is achieved by each salesperson
- Timely updating Senior Management about any loophole in the sales process
- All Sales report are presented on time to management
- Improvement in sales process

- Good Excel Knowledge, Organised and Process oriented
- Someone who is fearless and can handle Sales Team
Communication :
- Excellent communication skill both English & Hindi

IV. Education :
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
VI. Experience :
- No bar on experience but should have knowledge about sales process
