Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer service & Sales Calls from US Customers
- Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
- Sell / cross sell travel related services (Flights)
- Meeting monthly performance metrics
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1 year experience in international Travel Process.
- 1 year GDS experience (Amadeus or Sabare)
