Sales Consultant - Recruitment Firm (1-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales.
- General understanding of the principles of sales
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma required
- Bachelors in marketing or sales is preferred
- Experience with customer service
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Go the extra mile- to drive sales
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
