Sales Consultant - Fashion Styling/Jewelry Vertical (2-5 yrs)
Position : Sales Consultant - Fashion Styling/Jewelry brands.
Job Location : Kolkata
Experience : 2 - 5 years
Number of Position : 4
Salary : INR 3.5 - 5.5 LPA ( Variable)
Qualification : Graduate
Purpose of the role :
- The Sales Consultant is responsible to engage customers with utmost attentiveness and respect. The incumbent is responsible to address all sought of queries pertaining to product knowledge, schemes, guarantee/warranty/policy and help them make right jewelry purchase while ensuring that they have a wonderful customer experience with Company.
Job Description :
1. Greeting customers, Listening to customer requirements, Offering information about available products, Helping customers with decision-making, Closing sales
2. Takes charge of all the inventories in the store by entering them into the computer system
3. Helps in the daily display of all items that are available for sale in the store
4. Achieve monthly/annual Sales target
5. Achieving key conversion metrics such as ABV and ATV
6. Introduces sales promotion to customers so as to entice them to make purchases
7. Ensures that all products are well arranged in orderly manner
8. Properly operates a cash register and maintains all financial transaction effectively and efficiently too
9. Helps customers to make the right decisions so they can make the right jewelry purchases
10. Explains guarantee/warranty/policy on each piece purchased by a customer
11. Strictly adheres to company policies and SOP
Candidates Must Haves :
a) 2-5 years of experience as Sales Consultant Fashion Styling/Jewelry brands.
b) Candidates must have extensively done in stores direct sales with Jewelry brands.
c) Candidates who have experience with Luxury brands are preferred.
d) Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication
e) Candidates who are ready to attend the F2F interview.
