Job Type - Fulltime, Regular shift & 6 days

Experience - 0 - 3 years

Education - Bachelors/ITI/Diploma/12th Pass with experience

Salary - 15 - 20k

Notice Period - Preferably Immediate (Up to 30 days)

Mandatory Requirements - Passion for Automobile Career, Excellent Communication (English & Telugu), Basic Computer Skills

Optional Requirements - Experience from Luxury Retail Brands

Responsibilities

- Welcoming guests and introducing the guest with requisite staff to engage.

- Preparing the Documents/freebies that are to be handed over to the customers.

- Requisite knowledge of Motorcycling, Enquiry engagement, test rides, booking, Sales, Finances, Insurance and adequate understanding of the premium automobile retail business.

- Taking centre stage in all events, workshops, seminars, training and launches in organising and completing the communication cycle by calls and mails, preparing the guest list, RSVP etc.

- Extensive follow ups are to be made in regards to help the department with adequate enquiries.

- Communication and coordination among all departments, clients, management and external vendors.

- Coordinating the promises made by the department to the clients and keeping their promises delivered.

- Motorcycle Sales, Parts Sales, Service Labour Sales department's cold calling, service update calls and achieving the required number of clients at the Dealership Department through calls and mails. Updating the appointment of such clients to the concerned department.

- Routing all escalation mails, calls to concerned department and follow it up with concerned department diligently to solve all outstanding issues.
