Sales Coach - Watches/Fashion (7-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with Zonal Business Teams to ensure high-quality delivery and improvement of KPIs.

- Identify and address critical opportunities for organizational improvement.

- Act as a customer advocate, facilitating actions based on Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to enhance customer experience.

- Deliver 24 training man-days each month, covering Sales, Behavioural, Product, and Process training.

- Develop and execute Pre Journey plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Increase productivity in identified stores, with regular reporting on progress.

- Share post-training reports within 24 hours of batch completion.

- Stay updated on latest products and processes to ensure effective training delivery.

- Maintain a Trainer Audit Score of >= 4.0 out of 5.

- Map and measure the productivity impact of trained sales roles.

Requirements :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

- Basic knowledge of sales and operations; experience in retail training/operations preferred.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; advanced knowledge of MBR/LFS channels.

- Previous experience as a trainer in Sales/Behavioural/Product/Process within a Training Organization.


- Strong business acumen, customer focus, and team player mentality.

- High confidence and energy levels; strong data analytical skills.

- Demonstrated drive for results and functional excellence.

- Ability to develop people and enhance individual performance.

- Innovative approach to retail training, with new concepts and action plans.

- Be Open to extensive travel across India.

Ideal Candidate :

- Professionals with experience in the Watches, Fashion, or Apparel domains.

- Individuals with in-store retail training/operations experience.
