Sales Coach - Telecom (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Training Preparation and Approval :
- Develop comprehensive Training Calendars and Personal Job Plans (PJP).
- Obtain business sign-offs for training plans and schedules.
Sales Training and On-the-Job Coaching :
- Conduct sales training sessions focused on Telecom products and sales processes.
- Provide practical on-the-job coaching to enhance sales skills and performance.
Training Delivery Quality :
- Ensure high-quality and effective delivery of training sessions.
Evaluation and Impact Analysis :
- Conduct in-depth evaluations to measure the impact of training programs.
- Analyze feedback and performance metrics to assess training effectiveness.
Feedback and Support :
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees to facilitate their development.
- Offer ongoing support and coaching to reinforce learning and skill application.
Reporting and Compliance :
- Attend zonal review meetings to present training progress and impact reports.
- Ensure 100% compliance in preparing reports and adhering to internal processes.
Skills Required :
Communication Skills :
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Sales Experience :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
Industry-Specific Experience :
- Enterprise Sales Training experience in the Telecom industry is preferred.
- Experience with broadband products and services is a plus.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of telecom products and sales processes.
- Ability to develop and deliver high-quality training programs.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to provide effective feedback and support to trainees.
