- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Minimum 4 years of sales trainer experience
Also, you should have experience in the FMCG Industry or BFSI Industry
Responsibilities :
- Conduct hands-on coaching for sales reps on product knowledge and effective customer engagement.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and integrate insights into coaching sessions.
- Collaborate on route-to-market strategies with sales leadership.
- Analyze sales performance data and conduct regular assessments for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
- Implement promotional strategies in coordination with marketing teams.
Requirements :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coaching.
