About the Role:
As a Sales Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the sales capabilities of our teams spread across different zones. Your responsibilities will include implementing effective coaching strategies, ensuring product knowledge, and driving sales performance to meet organizational objectives.
Skills Required:
- Mature personality with excellent communication skills in MARATHI, and decent knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Approachable with a vibrant personality and strong empathy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize route-to-market strategies.
- Analyze sales performance data and conduct regular performance assessments.
- Coach the team on merchandising best practices and promotional strategies.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
- Work with marketing teams to understand upcoming promotions and coach the sales team on effective implementation strategies.
