Sales Capability Professional - FMCG (3-7 yrs)

My client is a leading FMCG multinational based out of Oman. looking for Sales capability Representative

Key Responsibilities :

- Executing ORC Frontline Development Agenda through coordinating, organizing and execution of training schedule. Ensure proper roll-out and sustain the implementation of ATU

- Conduct a monthly ATU health checks and make sure TDSs are on the right track in terms of ATU.

- Delivering training to the existing front liners and new joiners as per the training plan.

- Specify sales opportunity and gaps through conducting ongoing market audits and share report with SCM

- Ensure implementation of the ATU, Sales Capability Agenda and market execution initiatives (CDA Compliance, Racks placement, POPs etc)

Education & Skills :

Qualifications :

University Graduate

Experience :

- 3 years relevant experience / FMCG

- Experience in Gulf FMCG will be an advantage

Skills :

Commercial awareness - strong knowledge of what's important/ needed by Sales to develop selling tools and stories and delivering Gold standard execution

- Coaching and training skills

- Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills

- Verbal Arabic speaking will be an advantage
