With an ambitious vision, we are now seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Sales and Business Growth Strategist to drive revenue, shape the strategic direction of our business, and forge critical alliances and partnerships in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development and Revenue Generation:

- Identify and engage prospective clients in need of ServiceNow platform services.

- Develop and execute strategies to secure high-value deals and meet revenue targets.

- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals.

2. Strategic Direction:

- Collaborate with the founding team to define and implement a roadmap for business growth.

- Provide market insights, identify emerging trends, and recommend new service offerings or target markets.

3. Partnerships and Alliances:

- Build and nurture partnerships with ServiceNow, technology vendors, and industry influencers.

- Establish strategic alliances that amplify our service capabilities and market presence.

4. Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.

- Compensation: 100% Variable (agreed fixed percentage basis per deal)
