Junior Level : 1-3 years experience

Middle Level : 3-7 years experience

Job Location : Karnal

Salary-Total compensation (fixed plus incentives)

Junior Level: Rs 1.8 lakhs to 4.2 lakhs PA (1-3 years)

Middle Level: Rs 3.00 lakhs to Rs 7.20 lakhs PA (3-7 years)

Job Description : Sales and Business Development

a. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

b. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

c. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

d. Research and build relationships with new clients.

e. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.

f. Plan approaches and pitches.

g. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

i. Participate in pricing the solution/service.

j Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

k. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
