- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Business Development Representative to drive the sales of our educational software within the academic sector. The primary responsibility will be to engage with college professors and management to promote and sell our software to students, ensuring its seamless integration into their educational curriculum.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target colleges, universities, and educational institutions to promote our educational software.
- Build and nurture relationships with college professors, department heads, and academic decision-makers to understand their needs and promote our software effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the educational sector.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for professors and management to showcase the features and benefits of our software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored materials, campaigns, and resources for educational institutions.
- Act as a liaison between the company and educational institutions, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the educational technology or software industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
