Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of target and key accounts
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to the potential clients based on individualistic needs
- Understand complex buying processes and decision-making structures
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) Search for new client leads and ability to build a new sales pipeline
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences
- Work the Sales Pipeline, negotiate and close deals and meet sales targets
- Develop and maintain superior knowledge and expertise of SaaS Company and the competitive landscape
- You have at least 2 years B2B SaaS sales experience
- An individual with an innate sense of ownership & successfully works towards closing deals
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (ideally)
About the ideal candidate :
- Business Development Representatives (BDRs) play a vital role in handling leads, consulting with customers to understand their operation automation needs, and effectively matching SaaS Company's features to convert these leads into customers.
- As a B2B Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new business using a multi-channel sales approach.
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand customer requirements and translate them into impactful demos and engagements.
- Proactively identify and pursue new clients, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
- Foster and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue and establish long-term partnerships.
