Sales/Business Development Role - IT (3-5 yrs)
Required Skill Sets :
- Should have Field Sales experience of 3 to 5 years.
- Experience of selling IT Solutions & Services is a must (minimum 3 Years of IT Service Sales).
- Proficiency in English language. Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have good understanding of IT Solutions & Services market of India.
- Experience of selling to BFSI, HealthCare, Biz Services and Hi-Tech verticals will be preferred.
- Only Immediate to 15 days' notice period required.
Job Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be required to generate Revenue for the organization by selling from the portfolio which our organization offers.
- To execute sales development activities to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Utilize professional networks to improve relationships with current customers and reach out to new prospects.
- Candidate is expected to handle the entire sales cycle from Lead Generation to Winning the deal. Required assistance & guidance would be provided by seniors at all stages.
- To possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) the solutions offered by our organization.
- Understand the benefits of the products and services offered by our company, and fluently articulate those benefits to customers.
- Update Sales activity in company provided CRM software.
- To execute comprehensive account/territory plan to meet and exceed business objectives
- To develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and generate reference-able case studies.
- Resolving customer complaints (if any) quickly and efficiently by taking help of cross functional teams like delivery
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
