Sales/Business Development Role - IT (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Client Acquisition :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Upwork/ Fiverr Expertise :
- Create and optimize compelling Upwork/Fiverr profiles to attract clients.
- Actively search for and bid on relevant projects, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Monitor Upwork/Fiverr trends and propose strategies to stay competitive.
3. LinkedIn Engagement :
- Utilize LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and engagement on the platform.
- Share relevant content and contribute to discussions to enhance the company's presence.
4. Google Ads Management :
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate leads.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on Google Ads trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Sales Collaboration :
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion.
- Provide valuable insights to improve the sales process based on client interactions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Upwork/Fiverr, LinkedIn, and Google Ads for business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
