Sales/Business Development Role - Horeca (2-5 yrs)
- Create comprehensive alliance strategies for each channel, including dental, corporate gifting, and HoReCa.
- Define goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each channel.
- Identify and target potential partners within the dental industry, corporate gifting companies, and HoReCa establishments.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in each channel.
- Assess product-market fit within each channel and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with partner needs.
- Maintain a detailed database of channel partners, including contact information and performance metrics.
- Monitor and track sales driven through partners to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure timely receipt of payments and commissions from channel partners.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline payment processes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing and promotional materials.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to maximize visibility and sales within each channel.
- Gather feedback from partners and end customers to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing product offerings and partnership strategies.
