Sales/Business Development Role - EduTech (1-12 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured counselling sessions.
- Fix meeting and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions.
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods.
- Create the need for online smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy subscription as solution.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
- Learn/ Upgrade ones own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales targets.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Good English & Regional language communication.
- The candidate must have 1+ year of B2C/ B2B/ Direct/ Field Sales experience
- Should be willing to work on multiple sale targets.
