Sales & Business Development Role - BFSI (1-7 yrs)
Overview :
Seeking a dynamic leader with at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services, to guide a team, drive business growth, and align team goals with company objectives. Local candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of 10-12 members, providing guidance to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Ensure team objectives are in line with the company's overall business goals.
- Work alongside team members in the field to secure deals and drive business growth.
- Coach and support front-line managers and advisors in their career progression.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration and development.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preference will be given to local candidates.
