Sales & Business Development Partner - IT (6-20 yrs)
Titus Australasia Pty Ltd is an Australia based company in the fields of IT product development, software solutions and IT consulting. We are looking for business development partners in India. The incumbent must have experience in the technology sector to be found suitable for the role. He/She is required to have an entrepreneurial bent of mind and have a long term perspective to be part of the industry.
1. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2. Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales and Operations Teams.
3. Prepare action plans by operations and sales by team for effective closure of cases and generation of sales.
4. Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
5. Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect
6.Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
8. Ensure timely preparation of functional, technical documents for clients in consultation with the technical teams. Ensure all policies, procedures and business ethics are followed.
9. Be a Brand Ambassador of the company through personal conduct.
10. Ensure meeting or exceeding business targets in all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
11. Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Desired Attributes:
- 3 years of experience in sales management in Migration and Foreign Education Consultancy business
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to work in a global team of professionals.
- Driven to achieve goals
- Leadership - ability to lead matrix teams
