Sales & Business Development Executive - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and business development executive to oversee our agency channel in the life insurance sector.
Resposibility:
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Establishing new business.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
-Reviewing sales performance.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven sales management experience in life insurance, particularly in the agency channel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Must be local
